 Ray was awarded her Actors' Equity Association card in the year she played Rusty in Footloose and performed "Let’s Hear It For the Boy". She played the part of Nemo in Orlando's Disney World in Robert and Kristin López's Finding Nemo: The Musical. Ray was Olive Ostrovsky, the character in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee's tour across the country. In her final season as Crissy she joined the Broadway Hair cast and sang "Frank Mills". Chris was Chris's first performance in The Sparky Chronicles, a young-oriented short film. Between 2012 and the year 2017, Ray was the character CeCe Drake who is who is a "beyond stunning, charismatic, 20-something blonde stylist at a boutique which has one foot in the present and one in the future" on the tv show Pretty Little Liars. Ray announced that he would return to PLL and stated, "It's so much fun to do and what a wild role I'm able to play." She is the perfect sociopath. I find her to be a bit strange because she's 22, but she hangs out with high-schoolers. It's like, 'Hey, girl! Get a life! Ray was cast as Officer Edit Janko in Season 4 of CBS' police procedural drama Blue Bloods. This role was a part of Ray until the 12th season.
